Hi! I’m Alex, a Vedic meditation teacher and acupuncturist based in Noosa, Sunshine Coast.
I teach monthly Vedic meditation courses and hold group meditations in Noosa.
I also offer acupuncture, physical therapy, and martial arts, as they’re such complementary healing techniques alongside meditation.
